6. Property Listings

For users who list properties on our platform:

• You must have legal authority to list the property
• All property information must be accurate and up-to-date
• You are responsible for compliance with local rental laws
• TTB Pay reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms

7. Limitation of Liability

TTB Pay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. Modifications to Terms

TTB Pay reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
